Owner Experience Review
A focused review revealing opportunities for renewal, distinction and stronger guest experience.
The first months after an opening, and the last months before a refurbishment, are when the gap between design intent and lived guest experience is cheapest to close and most expensive to discover in reviews. The audit is a considered first step before committing to a wider refurbishment or repositioning programme.

Understand
I begin with your property's context and positioning, existing plans, imagery, environmental factors and operational priorities to establish what is working, what feels unresolved, and where the greatest opportunities lie.

Experience
I review the guest experience from a guest's eyes: approach and arrival, circulation, atmosphere, moments of pause. I assess spatial coherence, sensory character, sense of place, and the relationship between design and operation.
