Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas — Senior Design & Technical Manager (2022–2026)
Client-side lead on a $200M capital programme across one of the Caribbean's most established resorts. I led design and technical coordination on refurbishments and capital projects spanning F&B venues, public spaces and guestrooms, delivered managing consultants, suppliers, operators and internal stakeholders while holding design quality, guest experience and a live operation in balance.
Baha Mar, Bahamas — Client Representative, Design & Construction (2012–2015)
Owner's representative on a $3.5Bn resort development. I led a 20-person international multidisciplinary team from schematic design through construction administration across a 200,000 sq ft convention centre, the 300-room SLS hotel and five F&B venues managing Hyatt and SLS brand requirements and delivering $2 Million in fit-out savings through value control and construction-plan review.
Foster + Partners, London — Associate | Principal Designer, CDM (2019–2022)
Associate managing pre-construction information and statutory Principal Designer (CDM) duties across multiple studios coordinating foreseeable design risk, reviewing multidisciplinary design information, and shaping CDM best practice across the practice with a focus on luxury and mixed-use developments.
